Over the last 25 years, this progressive and innovative company has grown to be one of the world leaders in biodynamic, organic, and fair-trade agriculture. They pay their farmers a fair wage that results in a good quality of life and they also educate them about organic and biodynamic agriculture. In addition, they empower women farmers in the rural communities of Sri Lanka and work to enhance the biodiversity of the farmland.
