• 3/4 C white unbleached flour
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 3/4 C white sugar
  • 3/4 C butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Cook flour and milk together in a saucepan on medium-low heat until it is a thick like paste; then cool in refrigerator.
  2. Mix sugar, butter and vanilla together.
  3. Add paste then beat in electric mixer until smooth.
