Ingredients:
- 60 g psyllium husk
- 5 eggs
- 40 g flaxseeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbl almond oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 C crème fraiche
- Salt
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to about 160°C.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet, but add the baking powder last, just before putting it in a loaf pan and into the oven.
- Bake for about 55 minutes. The dough will seem quite dry, but will rise in the oven.
