- 3/4 C white unbleached flour
- 3/4 C milk
- 3/4 C white sugar
- 3/4 C butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cook flour and milk together in a saucepan on medium-low heat until it is a thick like paste; then cool in refrigerator.
- Mix sugar, butter and vanilla together.
- Add paste then beat in electric mixer until smooth.
