Complete protein Vegan Base for your Buddha Bowl! All ingredients are formulated to complete cooking at 25 minutes, making for a delicious blend of whole grains, to accompany any weekday meal.
Cooking instructions:
1) Rinse 1 cup of blend in cold water and strain. Repeat 2 times.
2) In a medium pot, combine 1 cup of rinsed blend and 2 cups of water (or broth).
3) Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low/medium simmer, COVER, cook for 25 minutes.
4) Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
